The Rotary Club of Freshwater Bay’s Christmas / 14th Birthday Celebration took place on Saturday, 17th December 2022 at the Holiday Inn City Centre.
A very enjoyable night was held, with the Hon. Fred Chaney as speaker, introduced by Director Delia Hendrie.
Club member Hamid Sorhrabi gave the Invocation, Charter Member PP Rajah Senathirajah gave a Toast to the Rotary Club of Freshwater Bay to observe the Club’s birthday, and PDG Patricia Canning presented a Toast to Rotary International. PP Jeff Trudgian brought along his guitar and led attendees in Christmas Carols.
On the night the PRID Dr. Ken Collins AM, CStJ, Cit.WA Award for Excellence in Rotary Service was presented to PP Gordon Hudson from the Rotary Club of Scarborough.
