The two newest members of the Rotary Club of Freshwater Bay are Sheila Cheng and LAU Eng Seng, who have been long time Friends of the club and have supported many projects over the years.
Sheila and LAU decided that all the voluntary work they carry out in Singapore should be done under the auspices of the Rotary Club of Freshwater Bay.
Sheila spends a lot of time assisting people such as Daniel develop fine motor skills by having them involved with crafts such as creating cards and other such materials.
