District interviews for the 2020 National Youth Science Forum were held on Saturday, 3rd August 2019, during which 52 hopeful students vying for spots at the 3 sessions in Canberra and Brisbane.
Our club endorsed 5 students, of which 3 were selected. Congratulations to:
- Lorian Marshall, John XXIII College (Session A, Canberra)
- Dylan O’Donoghue, Newman College (Session B, Brisbane)
- Euan Campbell, Newman College (Session C, Canberra)
Orientation Day for the successful students takes place on October 20th, and a reception at Government House will be held on October 21st.
Congratulations also Beth Redwood, who will be returning to NYSF in 2020 for a third year in a row, this time as a Senior Staffie.
