2020-21 Shelterbox Champions

More than $440,000 raised for emergency shelter by Rotary Club Champions over the last 3 years.

ShelterBox will host a special virtual ceremony at 7pm AEDT Tuesday 5th October where over 70 Rotary Clubs across Australia will be recognised with a ShelterBox Champion Award.

Rotary Clubs around Australia are invited to join ShelterBox CEO Mike Greenslade as he officially announces the winners of the 2021 ShelterBox Champion Awards.

“In a year where many club’s fundraising efforts were hampered because of the coronavirus pandemic and ongoing lockdowns, the 2021 ShelterBox Champion Award winners are truly deserving of their awards” said Mike Greenslade, CEO of ShelterBox Australia.

The ShelterBox Champion Awards are an annual event that showcases the dedication and commitment of Rotary Clubs in helping families who have lost their homes to disaster and conflict.

This year’s ceremony will take place via a national video conference where all Rotary Clubs can share the moment together.

“We are inspired by the ongoing support from our Rotary Champions and their desire to provide shelter and hope to families affected by disaster around the world. Together they have raised a staggering $440,000 over the last 3 years, and for that we are profoundly grateful” said Mike.

Join ShelterBox at 7pm AEDT on Tuesday 5th October where the international disaster relief partnership with Rotary is celebrated.
